One of the benefits of being in business in the San Diego area for thirty years is the strong ties we at La Costa Limousine have with our community. We are immensely grateful for our friends, customers, and business partners, and we take time throughout the year to find ways to give back charitably and to participate in community events. As 2019 comes to a close, we took a moment to remember the civic and charitable highlights of the year.
March 2019
As Californians, we love our beaches! We were happy to get the chance to participate in a clean up of Mission Beach with the San Diego Concierge Association (SDCA). In 2018 we were named SDCA’s Vendor of the Year.
The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence hosted an educational event on business etiquette and collected donations for GenerateHope, an organization that fights sex trafficking. We were honored to donate to this important cause.
May 2019
We are strong supporters of San Diego’s vibrant tourism industry, and we always attend the Partners in Tourism event each spring. We also donate to the raffle, which this year supported the Helen Woodward Animal Center.
August 2019
A highlight of the summer the annual San Diego Hospitality and Event Industry Alliance cruise. We get to catch up with our local industry friends while enjoying a beautiful cruise and a view of the San Diego skyline.
October 2019
Each year the San Diego chapter of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International hosts an event to raise money for students enrolled in local Hospitality & Tourism Management Programs. We were happy to be able to donate to this cause.
November 2019
La Costa Limousine works with many meetings and event coordinators, so we support our local chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPISCC). This November they hosted their Party with a Purpose at the Porsche Experience Center. We had so much fun with the wonderful people and the beautiful vehicles!
December 2019
The holiday season is a time of giving, and one of La Costa’s favorite ways to give is to donate bicycles to HSMAI’s Build-a-Bike event. At the holiday luncheon, attendees assemble the bikes, which are donated to underprivileged children.
As we say goodbye to 2019, we are humbled by the trust our clients have placed in us for thirty years. It’s been a lot of fun to reminisce about the past and to look forward to an exciting future. We will continue to offer the best chauffeured car service in southern California and to give back to our beloved community.
