    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Function as the direct representative of the company, providing service to clients which is on-time, safe, professional, accommodating, courteous, efficient and non-intrusive.
    1. Maintain the highest level of appearance for self and vehicle.
    1. Respect client privacy and confidentiality.
    1. Provide a safe, smooth and comfortable ride.
    1. Communicate, to Dispatch, vehicle maintenance and repair needs, as they arise, and document these needs at the end of every shift.
    1. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and upkeep and ensure that all amenities are fully stocked.
    1. Ensure that all needed vehicle documentation such as registration, insurance and TCP # are current and present.
    1. Keep in constant communication with Dispatch reporting anything out of the ordinary such as accidents, vehicle problems, delays or changes, additional costs, extra stops, etc.
    1. Respond in a timely and professional manner to the Dispatcher’s questions, directions and run or schedule changes.
    1. Interact with businesses, companies or entities such as hotels, casinos, airports, performance venues and security personal in a professional, accommodating courteous and efficient manner.
    1. Complete run sheets in a legible, thorough and timely manner.
    1. Know the local area and be familiar with routes and traffic patterns.
    1. Seek supervision, from the appropriate authority, in carrying out assigned duties as specified.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Prefer 5 years professional driving experience driving in the geographic area served by the company.

    Certificates, Licenses

    Must have insurable driving record (no DUI). Must have valid Class C drivers license. Prefer Class B with passenger endorsement.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

    1. Wash, dry, wax and polish vehicles, including whitewall cleaning and tire dressing, as needed and as prioritized to meet the needs of the daily schedule.
    1. Ensure interior cleanliness and perform deeper interior cleaning, as needed.
    1. Wash vehicles only in the designated washing area.
    1. Maintain the integrity of the designated washing area by ensuring that wastewater recovery equipment is operating effectively.
    1. Keep track of tools, supplies and consumables such as soaps, cleaners, degreasers, etc. and inform supervisor, as needed, to keep adequate supplies on hand.
    1. Launder towels, as needed.
    1. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
    1. Maintain existing equipment and make recommendations to supervisor regarding needed equipment purchases.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Manage scheduled runs, unscheduled runs and schedule changes so that Chauffeurs arrive at their pick-up points on time.
    1. Locate and assign Chauffeurs, as needed, to cover unscheduled runs.
    1. Handle radio traffic and multiple phone lines in a calm, effective and professional manner.
    1. Arrange with other limousine companies, as needed, to cover runs which cannot be covered with the available company staff.
    1. Assist drivers to learn effective radio communication and help them to solve problems in completing the run, as scheduled.
    1. When speaking with clients and other businesses represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
    1. Document, in the system, specific problems with Chauffeurs or specific problems with clients and e-mail the appropriate supervisor.
    1. Document, on the pertinent form, specific problems with vehicles and forward these to the Fleet Manager.
    1. Learn common destinations in the geographic area served by the company and become familiar with routes and traffic patterns.
    1. Ensure that Chauffeur run sheets are completed and all needed receipts are attached.
    1. Provide backup to Reservations as needed (see Reservations job description).
    1. Seek supervision, from the appropriate authority, in carrying out assigned duties as specified.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs as requested on Chauffeur Vehicle Inspection Reports and as directed by the Fleet Manager.
    1. Track routine vehicle maintenance and necessary repairs.
    1. Prioritize and schedule the workload to maximize the number and variety of vehicles in service to meet company needs.
    1. Inform the Fleet Manager of the need for in-warranty and out-of-warranty service for maintenance and repairs done by dealers and repair shops.
    1. Comply with city, county and state regulations regarding vehicle operation, garage operation, hazardous materials, wastewater recovery, etc.
    1. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
    1. Maintain vehicle logs and maintenance records.
    1. Inform the Fleet Manager of the need for consumables and repair parts needed for vehicle maintenance.
    1. Maintain existing repair equipment and make recommendations to Fleet Manager regarding needed equipment purchases.
    1. Develop and maintain good working relationships with dealers, manufacturers, suppliers and repair shops.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Class B license. Certification in brake systems, tune-ups and diagnostics preferred.

    Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, oversight agencies and automotive dealers, manufacturers, repair shops and suppliers. Ability to assertively inform supervisor of needs or services necessary to successfully carry out the duties of the position.
